The rich green fabric used to construct this handsome chasuble makes a vivid background to the brocade orphrey. At the center of the orphrey a fleury cross is embroidered, the traditional symbol of the Sacrifice of Our Lord. The chasuble is cut in a Gothic style and has a plain neck. It measures forty-nine inches long and fifty-nine inches wide and comes with an underlay stole.
