Similar in character to the traditional Rosato, this wine features a pale straw color and a gently light-sweet flavor, with subtle notes of pear, apple, and vanilla.
Produced using 100% California-grown grapes, Cribari White Rosato is produced and bottled in California and prepared in full accordance with Canon Law. Cribari wines have enjoyed continuous ecclesiastical approbation by the Bishops of Fresno, California, including current approbation under Bishop Armando Xavier Ochoa.
Balanced and approachable, White Rosato is well suited for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. This wine is sold in cases of twelve 750-milliliter bottles.
