R.J. Toomey provides this two ply collar using soft, flexible and long-lasting plastic. Made of polyethylene, the inner band of the collar is perforated, allowing better air circulation for a coolor fit. The collar is available in Comfort Height #2 (1 1/4") and Comfort Height #3 (1 1/2"). Please choose your collar height preference and neck size using the options menu when placing your order.
