Each piece is labeled along its base with a title of the station and a small cross indicates the station number with a Roman numeral. From His condemnation to His entombment, Christ's passion is carved with care and accuracy. The fifteenth station, should you choose to display it, portrays Christ's Resurrection. This sturdy set of stations will work well in any church since the design clearly delineates each of the images.
The F.C. Ziegler Co. provides this set from the Demetz studio in Italy. Each station is hand-carved from kiln-dried linden wood. Select from four sizes ranging from twenty to forty-four inches and from a natural, stained or color (pictured) finish. The Demetz family prides themselves for producing each piece, expertly, by hand making each set unique. Therefore, you may notice small differences between the images below and your actual set. The variations will be only minor ones in shape, color or texture and will not effect the superior quality of the work.
