Christ the King stands triumphant before the cross. The "Christus Rex" comes to F.C. Ziegler through the well-known Demetz family of Italy. The cross has budded ends and a beautiful beaded edge. The Christ figure is rendered with regal detail - Christ, resplendent in His crown and robes stands with His arms outstretched.
The Christus Rex cross is hand-carved from linden wood in your choice of five sizes ranging from twenty to ninety-six inches. The variety of sizes available will make it a simple matter to select an appropriate size for a church sanctuary or chapel. You may also choose from a natural finish, a stained finish or a color finish (pictured at left). The finishes are also applied by hand. Because this cross crafted to your order and therefore unique, it may differ slightly from the image in shape, color, size or texture.
