The F.C. Ziegler Co. is pleased to provide the exceptional sacramental wines of the Cribari family for use in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Cribari Burgundy is a medium-bodied red altar wine with a balanced, approachable character. It offers a smooth profile with cedary and vanilla notes layered over ripe currant and plum flavors, light tannins, and a clean, gentle finish.
Produced and bottled in California using 100% California-grown grapes, Cribari Burgundy is prepared in full accordance with Canon Law. No additives are used, and sulfites are kept to a bare minimum. Cribari wines have enjoyed continuous ecclesiastical approbation by the Bishops of Fresno, California, including current approbation under Bishop Armando Xavier Ochoa.
This wine is sold in cases of twelve 750-milliliter bottles and is well suited for sacramental use where a balanced red wine is preferred.
