The eleven pieces of this nativity are subtly painted in soft brown and gold tones. Christ lays calmly in His manger as Mary prays and Joseph stands watch. The three kings approach, one kneeling and the other two standing. A shepherd boy stands, one lamb held gently in his arms, another laying down. An angel gazes upon the scene as do an ox and donkey. Each piece, made of resin, is softly colored and beautifully detailed, especially the expressions on the faces of those present. A versatile arch is included; it may be used as a base or backdrop, adding an elegant touch to the scene. The tallest piece of this diminutive set measures six inches, so it will work well under a Christmas tree or on a table. Arched stable/backdrop is not included.
