Rich filigree overlay covers the base and continues upward to surround the lower portion of the bowl on this lovely piece from Molina Artitistc Silver. The bowl measures five inches in diameter and the ciborium accommodates approximately 200 host. Hand-painted, fire-enameled medallions representing the Twelve Apostles adorn the base and bowl. The ciborium has a gold plate finish and is available from the F.C. Ziegler Company in sterling silver. It stands 10-1/8 inches high.
