This chalice, modeled after the famous chalice made for Duke Tassilo III, features The Blessed Mother, Saint Paul, Saint John, Saint Theodore, The Pantocrator and the Four Evangelists. Each figure is hand engraved and the chalice is further ornamented with filigree and beading. The chalice is made of sterling silver with a twenty-four karat gold lining in the cup.
The chalice stands seven inches tall and the cup measures 4-1/8 inches in diameter. The liquid capacity is fifteen ounces.
