We offer  UPS or Ziegler Shipping (which is at our discretion via UPS or USPS) options at checkout.  The UPS shipping costs are calculated real-time during the checkout process via a special query connection to UPS and are primarily based on weight and distance.  Orders with items total weight under 1 pound will be billed the minimum UPS charge for 1 pound.  If you would like to find shipping costs yourself you may visit the UPS Website at: http://www.ups.com.

 

Domestic Orders:
Sales taxes are applicable on purchases delivered to States where F.C. Ziegler Company maintains either a physical or legal presence:  Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.  Sales taxes are not otherwise applied.

 

International Orders:
International Orders are usually subject to Duties, Surcharges, Taxes and Customs, and are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Contact your customs office for more information on duties, taxes and restricted products.

 

We do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available. We do occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you order is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours.  Custom items, of course, are not maintained in stock and are ordered as needed or requested.

 

Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will not be shipped until the next business day.
