Celebrate the Eucharist with this chalice, entitled "The Pieta" from the Artistic Silver Collection of Molina. The renowned image of Jesus in the arms of Mary is hand-engraved with simple lines, offering a work distinguished by its simplicity. The cross on the base is adorned with diamonds and rubies and the node is studded with eight rubies. This chalice is made from 925 sterling silver with a twenty-four karat gold plate finish. The chalice stands 7-5/8 inches high with a cup diameter of 4-1/8 inches. It holds twelve ounces.
The accompanying scale paten is hand engraved with the traditional JHS symbol and measures 6-1/4 inches in diameter. A ring is attached to the paten to offer stability when placed over the chalice.
