Returns
We want our on-line customers to be happy with their on-line shopping experience with F. C. Ziegler Company, hence we have always accepted the return of items purchased on-line.
The exception(s) are:
1) Custom Garments - that is, any garment or article of apparel special ordered to meet non-standard specifications. Some apparel item, by their nature, are custom items, e.g., birettas.
Returns are initiated by contacting our customer service department, either by phone or email. A Return Authorization Number is required and obtained from our Customer Service Department. Also, any unique circumstance will be handled through Customer Service.
Privacy
All customer information submitted with on-line orders, requests for information, email forms, surveys and so on, is held in strictest confidence. In no way is, or will, this information be sold or released. Purchase information is not maintained on a permanent basis but is used only for the purposes of processing orders, requests, etc. It is understood that on-line customers will be added to our email notification service. This mailing list is maintained on professional third party list servers, and this list is like-wise kept in strictest confidence, used only for our periodic notices about sales, specials, and new products. On-Line purchases take place within an "SSL" environment, that is, a special encryption mode is used throughout the checkout process.
Shipping
We offer several UPS Shipping options at checkout. The shipping costs are calculated real-time during the checkout process via a special query connection to UPS and are primarily based on weight and distance. Orders with items total weight under 1 pound will be billed the minimum UPS charge for 1 pound. If you would like to find shipping costs yourself you may visit the UPS Website at: http://www.ups.com.

Domestic Orders:
Sales taxes are applicable on purchases delivered to States where F.C. Ziegler Company maintains either a physical or legal presence: Kansas, Okalahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas and Missouri. Sales taxes are not otherwise applied.
International Orders:
International Orders are usually subject to Duties, Taxes and Customs, and are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Contact your customs office for more information on duties, taxes and restricted products. |
We do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available. We do occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you order is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours. Custom items, of course, are not maintained in stock and are ordered as needed or requested.
Orders placed after 2:30 pm CST will not be shipped until the next business day.
Some items of clergy apparel we've attempted to flag with notes on the appropriate pages indicating expected delivery times. Below is a Chart showing the normal delivery time for UPS Ground for domestic orders.
