We want our on-line customers to be happy with their on-line shopping experience with the F. C. Ziegler Company.

Returns are initiated by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-800-331-4117 or email at sales@zieglers.com.

Return Policy:

1) Custom  Orders - that is, any garment or article that was specially ordered to meet non-standard specifications or request.  Some apparel item, by their nature, are custom items, e.g., birettas.

2) There is a 30 day return policy, so an item purchased more than 30 days ago is unable to be returned for a refund or exchange.

A "Return Authorization Number" is required and obtained from our Customer Service Department.  Also, any unique circumstance will be handled through this department.

Privacy
All customer information submitted with on-line orders, requests for information, email forms, surveys and so on, is held in strictest confidence.  In no way is, or will, this information be sold or released.  Purchase information is not maintained on a permanent basis but is used only for the purposes of processing orders, requests, etc.  It is understood that on-line customers will be added to our email notification service.  This mailing list is maintained on professional third party list servers, and this list is like-wise kept in strictest confidence, used only for our periodic notices about sales, specials, and new products.  On-Line purchases take place within an "SSL" environment, that is, a special encryption mode is used throughout the checkout process.

Shipping

We offer  UPS or Ziegler Shipping (which is at our discretion via UPS or USPS) options at checkout.  The UPS shipping costs are calculated real-time during the checkout process via a special query connection to UPS and are primarily based on weight and distance.  Orders with items total weight under 1 pound will be billed the minimum UPS charge for 1 pound.  If you would like to find shipping costs yourself you may visit the UPS Website at: http://www.ups.com.
